Uchit Rangaswamy embodies the spirit of youthful dynamism and entrepreneurial drive. Even at the remarkably young age of 22, he demonstrated exceptional leadership as the Director of the Shreyas Group of Education, showcasing his innate ability to guide and inspire within the academic sphere.
His entrepreneurial journey extends beyond education. Uchit successfully established and currently manages a thriving bag manufacturing unit, demonstrating his acumen in production, operations, and market dynamics. Further diversifying his ventures, he also leads a software company, highlighting his adaptability and grasp of the technology landscape.
Driven by a commitment to holistic progress, Uchit is now embarking on a new and significant endeavor: the establishment of an industrial safety management institute. This initiative reflects his keen awareness of the critical importance of safety in industrial environments and his desire to contribute to a safer and more secure future for the workforce.

With a strong academic background and a passion for entrepreneurship, I began my journey in the chemical industry in 2012. Over the years, our company has grown steadily, supplying premium chemical products to the textile, steel, and pharmaceutical sectors.
As our expertise deepened, we expanded into manufacturing home care and industrial cleaning solutions, offering reliable, high-quality products tailored to diverse client needs. Today, our distribution network spans across India, serving both industrial and domestic markets under the brand Nidish Industries.
In addition to our industrial success, I am proud to have founded the Bharath Institute of Industrial Safety Management (BIISM) — www.biism.ind.in — with the mission of equipping students and professionals with essential industrial safety knowledge and certifications.
My firsthand experience in the chemical and manufacturing sectors adds practical depth and relevance to the courses we offer, ensuring that students gain not only academic learning but also real-world insights that prepare them for the demands of the industry.
